Alvin Lee

Alvin Lee co-founded Ten Years After in 1966, becoming the band's lead singer, lead guitarist, and principal songwriter. His fast, blues-based guitar style and energetic performances helped the group gain international recognition, particularly after its appearance at the Woodstock Festival, while recording albums including Ssssh, Cricklewood Green, and A Space in Time.
After Ten Years After disbanded in 1975, Lee launched a solo career and collaborated with artists including Mylon LeFevre, George Harrison, Steve Winwood, and Ronnie Wood. He reunited with Ten Years After for later tours before returning to solo work, continuing to record and perform throughout the remainder of his career.
